For current events, costs and dates, please refer to our website: We have an online booking facility where you can book multiple places per event. Once you submit your booking form online, you will receive a ‘booking confirmation’ message. You can pay by credit card or request an invoice when booking. Purchase orders are accepted to confirm a booking.


Booking on the morning of a virtual event

We accept bookings on the morning of an event. If you book online or by phone, we will email the joining information straightaway. 



We email invoices to the name and email address on the booking form. Our payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date. Payment must be made in pounds Sterling by cheque or BACS.


Live & online events

All our events are currently virtual and delivered via Zoom.


Joining information

Delegates will receive joining instructions via email to the address provided on the booking form two to three days before the event. If you are booking on behalf of a colleague, please ensure the delegate receives joining instructions by correctly stating their email address. 


Changes to agenda/speakers

Occasionally, we may need to make changes to our events, such as changing the agenda or speaker, which is different from the information you may have received by post or email. The information on the event page on our website for that course or conference is always accurate and up-to-date. 


Cancellations and Amendments.

If an individual named on the booking form cannot attend, we will accept substituting another delegate. We’d appreciate advance notice of this change via email to, but understand that this is not always possible.


Once a booking is made & confirmed, cancellation will not be accepted. As above, we will accept a substitution of one delegate for another. Failure to attend is treated as late cancellation, and the full course fee will be payable.


If insufficient numbers are booked onto a course, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone it. In the event of a course cancellation, we will endeavour to inform all participants via email a week before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. 


All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, or the payment will be transferred in full to another Hirstwood course.


Hirstwood Training Ltd shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability for reimbursement for any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation, etc.
