When working with learners with complex needs or autism, sometimes it is not possible for us to purchase specialist educational products. This course provides lots of clever ideas for creating our own homemade resources, which will extend our repertoire of learning opportunities, using a simple plastic salad spinner as the primary example.
Straight forward and clear to follow, thank you. Have used a plastic bottle with lights in then spun it, the effects were rewarding to the child.
I was just surprised as to how cheap you can make a resource for a lesson and it really helps on a range of activities.
Just amazing ideas; can’t wait for more.
The ‘How To’ YouTube video made the content easily accessible and relatable. The reflective questions made me pause and interact with the content – for my context and learners.
Interesting… looking forward to taking more courses like this.
