Getting the balance right!  We need to offer our students a wide range of experiences and opportunities but having direction allows for clear focus and therefore the ability to assess effectively.  Suitable for those new to target setting management and equally, those wishing to review and refresh their current approach, the course will include practical sessions from successful schools and a chance to examine and share ideas; gather new suggestions and leave with an excellent resource list.
